Liechty Speech and Language Services is a private speech-language clinic serving Lexington and central Kentucky.

Our practice was founded by Melissa Liechty, MSP, CCC-SLP. Melissa has 15 years of experience evaluating and treating speech and language disorders. She received her Bachelor of Health Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Kentucky in 2004, and her Master of Speech Pathology degree from the University of South Carolina in 2006. Melissa has a variety of working experiences including private practice, outpatient hospital clinic, acute rehabilitation, and acute inpatient hospital, while serving a broad variety of patients, ages, and needs. Melissa enjoys helping individuals of all ages succeed with effective communication.
